	Food Product Innovation and Commercialization Building 4H and other UGA Satellite Campuses This project consists of a new single story facility of approximately 15,000 sq. ft. on the UGA Griffin Campus that will expand the capabilities of the Food Science & Technology department within the CAES. 	Rock Eagle 4H - Sutton Hall Renovation, Phase II 4H and other UGA Satellite Campuses The renovation of Sutton Hall converted the two dining areas into assembly areas, the serving lines into reception areas, and an office area into a laundromat and storage space.	Completed/Warranty	Active
	Rock Eagle Cabins Phase I, 25-29 4H and other UGA Satellite Campuses The Rock Eagle 4-H Center project replaces 51 original cabins constructed in the late 1950s. Phase I includes replacement of cabins 25-29. Cabins will contain 6 rooms to accommodate approximately 22 youths (bunk beds) or 12 adults. They will also include a central meeting room. 	Rock Eagle Cabins Phase II, 35-36 & 2-6 4H and other UGA Satellite Campuses The Rock Eagle 4-H Center has begun an ambitious construction program to replace 51 of their original cabins which were constructed in the late 1950s. Phase II of this project includes the replacement of cabins 2-6, as well as cabins 35 and 36.	Construction	Active

	Sapelo Island Powerhouse 4H and other UGA Satellite Campuses The Sapelo Powerhouse renovation project is currently in Phase II. Phase I addressed hazardous materials abatement, demolition, generator removal, building envelope (roof, windows, paint), and prepping the slab. Phase II will extend services to the building, install MEP systems and install interior walls and finishes. This project is still in preliminary stages.	Design	Active

	UGA Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens - Visitor & Education Center 4H and other UGA Satellite Campuses This is a new building that will serve as a focal point for the UGA Bamboo Farm & Coastal Gardens. The new facility will house an information center, gift shop, film/lecture room, catering kitchen and a large, multipurpose meeting room.
