	Baseball Perimeter Improvements Athletics The Baseball Perimeter Improvement Project includes the renovation of the area behind the existing outfield fence and "Kudzu Hill" beyond the right field fence. This project will include selective demolition, grading for retaining walls, walkways and stormwater management, sidewalk and hardscape improvements, minor utility improvements related to stormwater piping and relocation/installation of site lighting, soil erosion and sediment control, and landscaping. This project will also be replacing a large portion of the evergreen trees that reside against the outfield fence.	Construction	Active

	Callaway Room Renovation Athletics The Callaway Room located at the Rankin M. Smith, Sr. Student-Athlete Academic Center was recently renovated to incorporate tutoring laboratories with demountable wall systems and integrated technology tables into the existing study hall space. 	Ramsey Center Volleyball - Swimming / Diving Graphics Athletics This graphics intense project will be showcasing student athletes, coaches, and their accolades. The Volleyball-Swimming-Diving Graphics were installed in 2012 along the shared corridor between the Ramsey Center Natatorium and the Volleyball Courts. The graphics highlight current and former student athletes, coaches and provide information about the teams' history.	Completed/Warranty	Active
	Sanford Stadium - Gate 10 Improvements Athletics This project improved the existing Gate 10 at Sanford Stadium. The improvements provided upgraded gates and fencing as well as the addition of a large archway to highlight this entrance. Graphics were added to the exit passage walls to reflect both the football heritage and to commemorate the large role that Sanford Stadium played in the 1996 Olympics. This includes a display of the Olympic Torch. Lighting in the area was upgraded and landscaped planters were added to finish the project.	Completed/Warranty	Active
