	McWhorter Hall Fresh-Air Renewal and Replacement Student Affairs This project involves the replacement of various interior components, surfaces and the current fresh-air system in the existing residence hall. Renovations include painting, countertop replacement, flooring replacement, and bathtub replacement. The fresh-air system which will be consolidated and replaced with a more energy efficient and maintainable solution. The unit will be installed in a newly designated space on the sixth floor. 	Morris Hall and Soule Hall Fresh-Air System Student Affairs Both dormitories were outfitted with new chillers and up-to-date, size appropriate air circulation equipment to improve indoor air quality. Soule Hall also received an Energy Recovery unit.	Completed/Warranty	Active
	Oglethorpe House Dormitory Renovation Student Affairs This project involves basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades as well as minor ADA and fire code upgrades to Oglethorpe House, a 494-bed residence hall. The project will be completed in two phases (Summer 2013 and Summer 2014) in order to keep the facility in operation during the 2013 - 14 school year.	Design	Active
	Rutherford Hall Student Affairs Construction of a new residence hall on Myers Quad continues. This facility will be more spacious than the original Rutherford dorm, with approximately 260 beds in double rooms containing private baths.
