The Sapelo Powerhouse renovation project is currently in Phase II. Phase I addressed hazardous materials abatement, demolition, generator removal, building envelope (roof, windows, paint), and prepping the slab. Phase II will extend services to the building, install MEP systems and install interior walls and finishes. This project is still in preliminary stages.
