HSC - Phase I Renovations

Phase I renovations at the Health Sciences Campus include Miller Hall, Winnie Davis Hall (pictured) and Russell Hall. The GHSU/UGA Medical Partnership will occupy Winnie Davis and the first floor of Russell while the CPH's Epidemiology & Biostatistics departments will occupy Miller Hall.

HSC - Phase II Renovations

Phase II renovations include Scott Hall and Rhodes Hall. Scott Hall is a 1964 building constructed in the international style and will house both Food Service and Student Affairs operations.

HSC - Phase III Renovations

On October 11th the BOR formally approved a third phase of HSC renovations. This $12.8M installment will include updates to the Hudson Clinic, Pound Hall, and portions of Wright Hall. Each of these facilities will be used to house departments within the College of Public Health.

Indoor Athletic Facility

Located on the University of Georgia campus, the Indoor Athletic Facility will be placed within the Woodruff Practice Fields located at Butts-Mehre Heritage Hall.  Approximately 140 yards long and 80 yards wide, the IAF will be a multi-sport/multi-use facility.

Spring Street Building Innovation Hub UGA Old Cofer's cofers feed and seed Innovation Hub (Spring Street Building) Renovation

The Innovation Hub, a core component of the Innovation District, occupies a newly renovated 1940's masonry warehouse structure (previously referred to as the Spring Street Building) on a site of historic importance to the origins of the University and the town of Athens.

International Education Building

In 2011 OUA completed renovations to provide administrative office space for the Office of International Education. This full gut-and-replace project included entirely new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, accessibility, and safety systems.

Jekyll Island 4-H Center Improvements
