Brumby Hall Renovation

The project will renovate Brumby Hall and will reconfigure living, bathroom and all programmatic spaces for 938 students. This renovation includes new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and providing additional privacy for students in community bathrooms, individual room temperature control, and removing built in future which are specific improvements requested by students. ADA accessibility will be addressed. The common spaces in the building will be intentionally designed for students to gather in groups, for small group study, and for individual study.
