This project continues the renovation of the historic buildings located on the Health Sciences Campus.  This is a minor renovation that will address both life safety and ADA code compliance in the 360 seat auditorium space on the Campus.

Health Sciences Campus, Phase II Renovations
Health Sciences Campus
The Phase II renovations of the Health Sciences Campus include Scott Hall and Rhodes Hall. Scott Hall is a 1964 building constructed in the international style and will house both Food Service and Student Affairs operations.  Rhodes Hall, constructed in 1905, will house the Dean's office and the administrative personnel for the College of Public Health.

Phase I Renovations
Health Sciences Campus
Phase I Renovations on the Health Sciences Campus include Miller Hall, Winnie Davis Hall and Russell Hall.  It is the first of three phases, spanning a total of 36 months, to accommodate the renovation of all major buildings on the campus.   The Health Sciences Campus will house the GHSU/UGA Medical Partnership and the UGA College of Public Health (CPH). The GHSU/UGA Medical Partnership will occupy Winnie Davis Hall and the first floor of Russell Hall while the CPH's Epidemiology & Biostatistics departments will occupy Miller Hall. The second floor of Russell Hall will provide classroom space for both units.

University Childcare Center
Health Sciences Campus
This project entails the renovation of the Navy Exchange Building at the UGA Health Sciences Campus. Erected in 1984, the building is stucco over metal frame construction and, upon completion, will serve as a childcare center. The center will be available for children of university faculty, staff and students and will also be open to the community, if space allows. The completed facility will be managed by Prodigies Child Care Management, LLC., and will serve up to 146 children aged 6 weeks to four years.
