Oglethorpe Dining Commons Auxiliary Services This project created 11,000sf of new space to accommodate an additional 250 students. Interior renovations to the existing space included a new food concept, soft seating, and several back-of-the-house improvements. The entrance was also enhanced with a landscaped plaza and a new bus stop. |

Oglethorpe House Dormitory Renovation Student Affairs This project involves basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades as well as minor ADA and fire code upgrades to Oglethorpe House, a 494-bed residence hall. The project will be completed in two phases (Summer 2013 and Summer 2014) in order to keep the facility in operation during the 2013 - 14 school year. |

Poultry Feed Mill for the Poultry Research Complex Academics & Research This is the installation of new poultry feed mill equipment to replace most of the existing old and antiquated equipment. It is an interior project that is taking place in an existing metal building. This equipment provides poultry feed to the UGA researchers. This facility is capable of providing several different specialty dietary mixes for different types of poultry research projects. |

Ramsey Center Volleyball - Swimming / Diving Graphics Athletics This graphics intense project will be showcasing student athletes, coaches, and their accolades. The Volleyball-Swimming-Diving Graphics were installed in 2012 along the shared corridor between the Ramsey Center Natatorium and the Volleyball Courts. The graphics highlight current and former student athletes, coaches and provide information about the teams' history. |

Rock Eagle 4H - Sutton Hall Renovation, Phase II 4H and other UGA Satellite Campuses The renovation of Sutton Hall converted the two dining areas into assembly areas, the serving lines into reception areas, and an office area into a laundromat and storage space. |

Rock Eagle Cabins Phase I, 25-29 4H and other UGA Satellite Campuses The Rock Eagle 4-H Center project replaces 51 original cabins constructed in the late 1950s. Phase I includes replacement of cabins 25-29. Cabins will contain 6 rooms to accommodate approximately 22 youths (bunk beds) or 12 adults. They will also include a central meeting room. |
