	AGTECH Academics & Research The Applied Genetic Technology Resource Center was completed in 2002. The building features state-of-the-art labs and equipment for faculty conducting genomics research on agriculturally important plants and animals, such as peanuts, pine trees and chickens. 	AHRC Academics & Research The Animal Health Research Center is a three-story 75,000 sq. ft. facility where researchers conduct basic and applied research on vaccines, diagnostic tests and treatments for diseases that infect animals as well as humans. 	Baseball Perimeter Improvements Athletics The Baseball Perimeter Improvement Project includes the renovation of the area behind the existing outfield fence and "Kudzu Hill" beyond the right field fence. This project will include selective demolition, grading for retaining walls, walkways and stormwater management, sidewalk and hardscape improvements, minor utility improvements related to stormwater piping and relocation/installation of site lighting, soil erosion and sediment control, and landscaping. This project will also be replacing a large portion of the evergreen trees that reside against the outfield fence.	Construction	Active

	Bolton Dining Hall Auxiliary Services This project will develop a new 67,000 sq food service facility. Construction will include space for an expanded meal plan, operations facility, retail food sales space, catering facilities, and administrative office space.	Design	Active
	Broad Street Studios Academics & Research When an old futon store and bicycle shop were renovated in 2001, the Broad Street Studios became home to the School of Art's Interior Design program and Undergraduate Drawing and Painting.	Completed/Warranty	Inactive
	Building 1512 - Fresh-Air Renewal/Replacement Student Affairs Scope included upgrades to the building’s fresh-air system along with several interior components including, paint, counter top replacements, re-flooring, and bathtub replacements.	Completed/Warranty	Active
	Building 1516 - Student Housing Student Affairs Building 1516 provides double and single rooms with private bath accommodations geared toward non-first-year, undergraduate students. 	Butts-Mehre Expansion Athletics The Butts-Mehre Heritage Hall and Football Facility was renovated in a multi-phase project over several years, ending in 2012. The renovation added a multipurpose / walk-thru room with synthetic turf, new football offices, new weight room and training room, as well as an update to many administration offices and the main exhibition area.
