Bolton Dining Commons Refresh FY20 (Design Only thru CDs)

Bolton Dining Commons is in need of additional refrigeration to meets the demand of serving over 8,000 meals daily. This project requires re-configuring the under-utilized "Shakes" line to add a walk-in refrigerator and a new collaboration space. In addition, this project will include replacing the carpeted dining room spaces throughout with a more durable, hygienic materials of both tile and resinous flooring. There will also be re-upholstery of the booth banquettes.
