MAREX Residence Hall Study - Skidaway Island

This design study was conducted to determine the overall feasibility of a 100 bed student housing facility on the site of the MAREX campus at Skidaway.  The study concluded with a proposed project which consists of two and four bedroom unit plans for the students who will visit the campus.  Chaperone and staff rooms in single unit configurations, support spaces, a lobby for arrivals and small group orientation, along with meeting space also make up the facility program.
