Science and Ag Hill Modernization, Phase I (Building 1001 Renovation)

Chemistry was built in 1960 and has only received modest renovations since that date. This project is anticipated to be a complete interior renovation that will bring the facility up to modern-day standards for research.

•  All work is intended to be limited to interior components + comprehensive new finishes.
•  Comprehensive MEP & IT equipment and infrastructure replacement are planned.
•  Pending funding, renovation is planned to occur in a single phase while the facility is unoccupied after completion of
   Interdisciplinary STEM Research Building 2.
