Coverdell Memorial Garden

This memorial garden is comprised of some of the late Senator Paul D. Coverdell's favorite plants including a Georgia Oak, which commemorates the Senator's life of service.

Creamery Renovation (Design Only thru DD)

This project would require adding walk-in refrigeration and wall reconfiguration to increase sales space for additional cold and hot food concepts. The project also includes optimization of the storage area to adjust for the additional products on hand due to increased customer foot traffic.

Demosthenian Hall

In 1997, Demosthenian Hall received a $200,000 facelift. Financed primarily by alumni donations, the construction work restored the Upper Chamber to its original 1824 layout and color scheme while the floors of the Lower Chamber were also uncovered and restored.

Driftmier Engineering Center Phase 2 Renovations

This proposed Phase 2 includes the renovation of approximately 18,500 sf of the building’s 61,000 sf one story section. Phase 2 will target renovation and expansion of the College of Engineering’s required classroom and auditorium spaces.

Driftmier Engineering Center Phase 3 Renovations

This third phase is directed at developing new instructional spaces, student commons, a multi-purpose classroom and staff and faculty offices. This phase develop an additional primary entrance on the north elevation to promote safer, faster and ADA accessible access from campus transport.
