Bolton Dining Commons Refresh FY20 (Design Only thru CDs)

Bolton Dining Commons is in need of additional refrigeration to meets the demand of serving over 8,000 meals daily. This project requires re-configuring the under-utilized "Shakes" line to add a walk-in refrigerator and a new collaboration space.

College Station Park and Ride Phase II

Located on North Oconee Access Road, Park and Ride Phase II consists of 5.5 acres that lies within a 24 acre tract that borders the North Oconee River. Phase II has 337 standard parking spaces and 14 ADA parking spaces that offer a lower-rate option to UGA students, faculty and staff.

Creamery Renovation (Design Only thru DD)

This project would require adding walk-in refrigeration and wall reconfiguration to increase sales space for additional cold and hot food concepts. The project also includes optimization of the storage area to adjust for the additional products on hand due to increased customer foot traffic.
