Memorial Garden

The UGA Memorial Garden honors University students, faculty, staff and alumni who have fallen defending democracy and their country. Located at the Student Learning Center, the garden features a large, unbroken circle of granite and a book of remembrance.

Memorial Hall Renovation

This project will address the second, third and fourth floors of the 1910-20 section of Memorial Hall to be utilized by the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs.

Moore College

Renovated in 2001, Moore College is the Unversity's sole example of the Second Empire style of architecture. The stuccoed brick exterior has a variety of decorative features, including quoins and a mansard roof complete with dormer windows.

Morris Hall and Soule Hall Fresh-Air System

Both dormitories were outfitted with new chillers and up-to-date, size appropriate air circulation equipment to improve indoor air quality. Soule Hall also received an Energy Recovery unit.

Oglethorpe Dining Commons

This project created 11,000sf of new space to accommodate an additional 250 students. Interior renovations to the existing space included a new food concept, soft seating, and several back-of-the-house improvements. The entrance was also enhanced with a landscaped plaza and a new bus stop.

Oglethorpe House Dormitory Renovation

This project involves basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades as well as minor ADA and fire code upgrades to Oglethorpe House, a 494-bed residence hall.
